Another Late Night

It's another late for Jason and me. He is out working so hard to provide for his great family and I am waiting up... There are so many other things I could be doing right now (laundry, dishes, shower, etc.), but as someone who is now 33 weeks pregnant (YAY!), I just don't have the energy to do anything productive. Besides I did all the errands I needed to accomplish today.

Who knew that you shouldn't brush your teeth right after you throw up? Well, I know it now. My teeth have been whitening around the edges and continue to get white, so I decided to make a dentist appointment a couple weeks ago, and I had that appointment today. Turns out my enamel is coming off my teeth.
I learned that when you throw up and brush your teeth right after you are actually brushing the acid into your teeth. Who would have thought?! So, as throwing up has been a part of my life since March, just a great perk from being pregnant, I have just been brushing away that stinky, awful taste in my mouth all the while letting that acid just destroy my teeth.
One day I will be telling my daughter all about how she destroyed my body from within the whom and most likely how she still destroys it from all the stress she causes me. Of course, I kid.

But the day didn't end on that sour note, thank goodness. I have the worlds best grandma. Since Jason and I have so much cash right now, we share a car. And since he has the job, he gets the car. So, I didn't have a car for my dentist appointment today. My ever loving grandma came and picked me up and took me to my appointment and after that fed me lunch. Did I mention my grandma makes the BEST food? Not to mention every time I go over to her home I always come home with tons of food. She gave me lettuce, canned peaches, apples from their tree, a bag of Chex Mix, and all kinds of other yummy things. Needless to say she treats me well.
And not that all that wasn't enough for her to do, she took me to Costco so I could get my contacts (because I am totally blind) and some groceries that Jason and I were in serious need of.
Grandmas are the sweetest, most caring, giving people I have ever known. They always seem to want to do something for their grandkids and my grandma's sure do everything they can for theirs.

  1. Hey Ash! Woo, first to comment!! Haha, anyways, I 'm sorry your kid is literally chipping away at you, (or I guess she's eroding away at you?) but it'll be worth it, doncha think? Coming from you, I know you're going to have a beautiful, and very kind little girl. Grandmas are the best, I agree.
Now get some sleep girly, you need to stay energized!
    Love, Josh!
